As far as the information and if it is so very offensive to you that you feel the need to act juvenile and call names, I suggest you contact those who wrote the encyclopedia that I read it in. That would be listed in the menu to your left under my favorite book list...titled The Encyclopedia of Vampires, Werewolves, and other Monsters. As far as making fun of the Cherokee---WHERE did that happen? And here is a word of advice...often information is wrong in books--so be it. We know that and the best thing we can do is inform others of its correction. However, you ruined your chance to do that here by acting the way that you did. If you were looking to inform and educate then you would have handle it responsibly...but with the immature name calling for absolutely no reason, it seems you were only looking for a fight. Have fun with that. You do not even have the story right. first, the demons finger was of bone, shaped as an arrow head. not iron. She did not dine on lungs. liver alone. The demon could shift into ANYTHING that it pleased. Not just someone from your home. No one had to invite her in. She did not have soft fingers. only smooth and her skin so hard that nothing could penetrate it. She could charm you to the point of donating your liver to her, she had no need to sing you to sleep. she didnt use her finger to cut out your liver. she used it to stab whom ever she came in contact with. she didnt need to keep your body in order. there was no lullaby, nor any anestetic. she simply killed you. so how about next time, try to stick to the origional story and stop putting down others heritage, you narrow minded, xenophobic, dogmatic, bitch.
