C.H. Scarlett (Casey Harris) is an Author and  Cover Artist (For Noble Romance Publishing). She heads up the new Young Adult line for Noble and writes Paranormal. She is a Cosmetologist that lives in the mountains of Virginia with her husband, three children, and many animals.
